What if… The X-men Were Formed In Medieval Times?

Some of you diehard comic fans will remember Marvels “What If…” comics.  The comic started in 1977 and ended in 1998.  They posed some cool questions and Wikipedia actually has a list of the titles.  An artist named Nate Hallinan did some cool fan art creating a What If-like take on the X-men in a medieval world.  It isn’t the craziest idea either.  The X-men have been about battling discrimination of those who are different and in our own history there were people persecuted for things like witchcraft.  Below are some of the photos:

I think Nate has some talented skills.  If you check out his site it includes origins and concept art as well.  There is also a link to buy prints of the artwork if you really like the work.

From time to time we have Officially licensed X-Men Apparel, Accessories and Collectibles for sale.
